Can you afford a can of soup? Do you know how many people in our community CAN'T afford a can of soup? Now is your chance to help those less fortunate than you. September 11, 2008 we are having a food drive in the parking lot at the Chamber of Commerce. You dont have to bring a box of food or even a bag of food, we're not asking you to go grocery shopping and spend a bunch of money. But we all have stuff in our cupboards, some soup, peanut butter, noodles, etc. that we can afford to donate. So clean out your cupboards, your families cupboards, and your friends cupboards and bring your food donations to the big semi that will be parked next to the Chamber of Commerce building from 9am to 6pm on September 11, 2008.
